TERMS & CONDITIONS
BEFORE BOOKING
To ensure the safety, well-being of the dogs, and respect for the environment, certain rules must be followed during forest walks and dog care services. Please read these conditions carefully before making any reservation.
Forest Walk Rules
During walks, each dog must remain under constant control and stay within a maximum radius of 10 to 15 metres around the handler, with a reliable recall.
Dogs showing escape behaviours, excessive fear of their surroundings, or an inability to respond to recall cannot be accepted.
The forest is a shared and protected space:
Any form of hunting or chasing wildlife is strictly prohibited,
Barking at wildlife or other forest users is not permitted,
Destructive behaviours (digging, damaging the environment) are not tolerated,
Dogs must maintain a calm, non-aggressive attitude towards other forest users.
Dog Requirements
The dog must be:
Comfortable with van transport, without excessive barking, stress, or destructive behaviour,
Properly socialised, showing no aggressive behaviour or attacks towards other dogs,
Able to integrate into a balanced group and function well within a pack.
Dogs are accepted after puberty.
Sterilisation or neutering is not mandatory, but behaviour is key: the dog must not disrupt group dynamics or display aggression towards other dogs.
Puppies and Young Dogs
From birth until puberty, a dog’s body is still developing. Bones, joints, and muscles are not yet fully formed. Veterinary studies recommend avoiding long and physically demanding walks for puppies, in order to prevent growth disorders and joint injuries.
For this reason, long forest walks are not offered to puppies, and activities are adapted only for dogs that have reached sufficient physical maturity.
Owner Commitment
The owner agrees to:
Schedule the service at least one day per week,
Ensure access to the home when required (home visits, cat sitting, pick-up or care services).
